The “Real Decreto Legislativo 3/2011”, on November 14th, approving the “texto refundido” of the Law on Public Sector Contracts, in its article 53 provides that, “In order to ensure transparency and public access to information on contractual activities …. The contracting organs will publish on Internet their contracting profile.”
For contracts subject to harmonized regulation, SEPIVA will apply the requirements of TRLCSP.
For contracts not subject to harmonized regulation SEPIVA will be governed by the Contracting Instructions.
The purpose of this profile is to include any data and information relating to SEPIVA contracting organ activity as contract awards, announcements, ongoing open tenders, and any useful general information.
